Before founding 5&Vine in January 2017, Rahul served as CMO at ecobee, where he significantly elevated the brand's market position to become the second-largest thermostat brand in North America. His experience also includes running an incubator for Walmart in San Francisco, where he was recognized with the Innovation Champion Award.

Rahul's commitment to social impact began early; at age 17, he founded Meal Exchange, an initiative aimed at creating sustainable food systems in Canada, which garnered recognition from TIME magazine. He is actively involved in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs through various organizations and educational institutions, emphasizing the importance of community and mentorship in fostering innovation.1 2
