Rahul Jain is an executive recruiting lead in the Asia Pacific region for Gojek Tech, a fast-growing Indonesian company and unicorn. With expertise in engineering, product, and business recruiting, Jain's areas of focus include identifying and attracting top global talent to support the development of Gojek's on-demand empire. Prior to joining Gojek, Jain worked as a senior engineering recruiter at Uber, as well as in talent acquisition and technical recruitment for companies such as Intuit, ThoughtFocus Technology, CareerNet, Wenger & Watson, and [24]7.ai. Jain holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and Marketing from the M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management and completed two Bachelor of Science programs in computer science from St Vincent Pallotti College and S.S.Kalibadi.
