Conceptualised a Project Monitoring dashboard for easy and regular monitoring by Senior Management. Ensured better planning and implementation leading to improved delivery of Projects  by 17%. Conceptualized and drafted a strategic 20 year up-gradation plan for use of existing assets and requirement of future land and infrastructure for the 1050 acres facility.
