Raghu M Rao

Raghu Rao is an experienced executive with a strong background in engineering and business. As a Senior VP of Advanced Technology and Business Development at GenXComm Inc, he is a seasoned leader in technical sales, business development, and strategic marketing. Rao's vast array of skills broadly spans product management, ecosystem partnerships, and developing go-to-market strategies. He has established excellent executive-level relationships with the leading wired and wireless communication equipment vendors, as well as mobile network operators.

Rao's expertise has earned him a Ph.D. in Wireless Communications from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles. He also studied an M.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and B.E. in Electronics and Communication from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore. Rao has presented multiple tutorials and webinars at leading IEEE conferences and has published numerous papers in IEEE journals and conferences, a testament to his technical knowledge.

Throughout his career, Rao has held various executive positions, including Director of Strategic Marketing and Principal Architect, Wireless Communications, and Director of Engineering at Xilinx Inc.
