Rafi Martina
Senior Advisor to the Chairman at United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
Rafi Martina is a Senior Policy Advisor for Senator Mark Warner, specializing in cybersecurity, technology, telecommunications, competition, and consumer protection issues. Prior to his current role, he served as regulatory counsel for Sprint Corp. and as a legal fellow and staff attorney for FCC Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker. Mr. Martina studied JD at the University of Virginia School of Law, BA in Political Science and Science, Technology, and Society Studies at the University of Michigan, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford. He has authored numerous pieces of legislation, including the Honest Ads Act, and has drafted a white paper developing policy proposals for the regulation of social media and technology firms.
