Rafal Milewski is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in partnering with blue-chip companies and start-ups to introduce cutting-edge technologies and lead complex transformations.

He has a strong background in managing various B2C and B2B technology and business development projects across multiple industries and countries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, and telecoms.

Rafal is deeply involved in coaching start-up entrepreneurs through the MIT Enterprise Forum and is passionate about the development of mobile, AI, and blockchain technologies, as well as creating high-performing cross-functional teams.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw and a degree in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology.

Currently, Rafal serves as the CEO and Founder of IT Squad and has previously held key roles at organizations like Accelpoint, MIT Enterprise Forum Poland, WIEMBA, Accenture Poland, and Deloitte Digital, where he led various technology and analytics divisions.
