Rafal Gusciora

Rafal Gusciora is an experienced engineering leader with a solid background in information technology and services. He has over 8 years of experience in backend and frontend development and more than 3 years in team management. His expertise spans various languages and frameworks, coupled with strong client-facing skills.

Rafal pursued his education in computer engineering, attaining a BS degree from Syracuse University and a BSc degree from City, University of London.

Throughout his career, Rafal has held key roles in reputable organizations such as JOOR, Pitney Bowes, Borderfree, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Wal-Mart, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and GE Energy. He served as Director of Engineering Operations at JOOR, where he previously held the position of Engineering Operations Manager. Prior to JOOR, Rafal was a Solutions Engineering Manager in the Professional Services division at Pitney Bowes. He also occupied positions like Team Lead of Solutions Engineering at Borderfree, Senior Solutions Engineer, Technical Analyst, Consulting Java Developer at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Consulting Software Engineer at Wal-Mart, and Senior System Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Rafal also gained valuable experience through internships at GE Energy.
