Rafaella Santos Netto do Prado is a master's student at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.1 She completed her master's dissertation in Development and International Cooperation (Desenvolvimento e Cooperação Internacional) in November 2020.1 Her thesis focused on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for groundwater management, titled "O USO DAS TECNOLOGIAS DA INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO PARA A GESTÃO DAS ÁGUAS SUBTERRÂNEAS" (The Use of Information and Communication Technologies for Groundwater Management).1 Rafaella's research explored the importance of participatory and bottom-up approaches in water resource management, emphasizing the role of ICT in addressing water scarcity and promoting sustainable development.1
