Rafael Tadiello

Rafael Tadiello has over 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Operations areas, bringing with him a vast knowledge of strategic management positions for multinationals in Agribusiness, Food, Chemical, Manufacturing (Energy and Automotive). He has a master's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.

Over the years, Rafael has built expertise in a variety of areas, including Head of Project, Sourcing, Trading, Planning, S&OP, Manufacturing, Logistics, DCs, and Ex/Import for the E2E-chain. He has worked with Procurement in Trading, Direct and Indirect Material with annual spend of U$1B and 50k SKUs, acting in the areas of strategic sourcing, category management, governance, sustainability, and Total Cost of Ownership.

Rafael has worked on the rollout of digitalization in the field of Logistics 4.0 and value-add technologies for manufacturing plants and DCs. He has experience in startup industrial plants, DCs and M&As, acting with strategies, processes, risk assessments, EHS, corporate policies, certifications, and compliance standards. Footprint strategy design of Supply, Manufacturing, Inventory and LastMile for complex network What-If scenarios is his forte. His leadership style is strategic and innovative with a focus on building high performance teams to impact results, P&L, competitive differentiation, and customer experience.

Rafael has worked as a former Head Of Corporate Supply Chain at Agropalma and Supply Chain Manager - Corporate Electrical at Eaton. He is a former Indirect Procurement Manager- Corporate LATAM at Eaton and a former Senior Specialist for EMEA Materials and Logistics at Eaton Industries Manufacturing GmbH. Rafael has also worked at Moeller Electric in various capacities like Logistics Project Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Industrial Engineering Trainee, Material Planner, and Materials Planning Intern.
