Rafael Pacheco

Rafael Pacheco is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of WhistleOn, as well as a partner in other companies such as Ouvidor Digital and White Wall. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematical and Computational Modeling and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from CEFET-MG.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Rafael is also an educator, serving as a professor in the postgraduate program in Computing at PUC MG. His professional background includes extensive experience in conversational applications, artificial intelligence, and technical leadership roles, particularly as a developer advocate for the Blip platform. He is passionate about technology and combines this with a strategic business vision and strong skills in management and processes.123

Outside of his professional life, Rafael is a dedicated family man and enjoys activities such as playing soccer and sharing ideas on various topics.1
