Rafael Nara is a professional with a background in Law and extensive experience in commercial and management fields.

Since 2019, Rafael has been working as a business consultant and analyst on projects in various locations such as DF and GO, focusing on project management and implementation, leadership empowerment, agile solutions development, training, and qualifications.

With a passion for social projects, Rafael has been active in the Third Sector since 2015, collaborating with low-income communities, indigenous groups, refugees, and engaging with governmental and international organizations.

He has volunteered and coordinated activities in non-profit organizations, participating in impactful projects across regions like the Amazon, Brazilian Cerrado, remote areas of Brazil, and the Northeast Sertão.

Rafael's expertise lies in utilizing social and international methodologies to drive change, transformation, learning, and people development, emphasizing human relationships and engagement of leadership.

Currently, Rafael focuses on initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion, as well as transforming economic, social, environmental sectors, and innovation.

He is pursuing a Master's in Administration/Management with a research focus on impact evaluation and measurement based on ESG principles - Environmental, Social, and Governance.

His academic background includes studies in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, innovation processes, Design Thinking, strategic people management, among other disciplines.

Rafael is also enrolled in the Máster de Innovación Social program by PlayGround and Learning by Helping in Spain, which emphasizes creative social impact projects, problem exploration, stakeholder collaboration, innovation idea generation, social technology prototyping, and ecosystem engagement.
