Rafael Goncalves is a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in finance, private equity, consulting, and operations management. He holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Chicago GSB and a B.Sc.Eng. from the Universidade de São Paulo. With over two decades of experience working in various industries and global markets, Rafael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization he works with.
Rafael has held leadership roles at top-tier companies such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he served as Global VP, Financial Performance & Analysis, BBP, and Global VP Operations: Sustainability, Procurement, Vertical Operations. He also served as CFO of Labatt Breweries of Canada and Senior Director, M&A at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
In addition to his corporate experience, Rafael has worked in private equity and consulting, having held roles at firms such as Barclays Capital, Citigroup Venture Capital International, and The Boston Consulting Group. He has also served on the board of The Beer Store and as a Portfolio Director at H.E. Mohammed Alabbar Private Investment Office.
Currently, Rafael serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Al Foah, where he is responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Prior to that, he served as Chief Development Officer and BU Lead for Kazakhstan at Kuwait Food Company (Americana).
