Rafael Correia is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in business administration, civil engineering, and computer engineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Pernambuco and another B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.

He currently serves as the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for the Brazilian division of Rappi, showcasing his expertise in strategic planning and operational management. Prior to this position, he held the role of Regional Operations Manager for the North/Northeast region at Rappi and also served as the Operations Manager in Recife. Earlier in his career, Rafael gained valuable experience as a Project Manager and Production Manager at Hedron Engenharia, and he worked as a Civil Engineer at Grupo JCPM, where he had initially started as a Civil Engineer Trainee.
