He is passionate about employee empowerment, professional development, and transitioning advanced development output into product development for rapid kickstart to the concept and pre-clinical phases. Rafael is an expert in deploying design for manufacturability and ensuring successful low cost, automation (where applicable), and assembly flow with minimization of critical steps.

He has a proven track record for hiring and mentoring new technical staff and working with marketing, sales, and service organizations for continuous market surveillance and competitive landscape.
