Rafa Mattos

Rafa Mattos is a natural-born communicator and an Affectionate Multiplatform Strategist at the Creative Laboratory Loveworks. He is known as a Love Evangelist and an Environmental Entrepreneur, dedicated to creating a Triple Positive Impact.

As a partner at the Creative Laboratory Loveworks, he co-created the Affection Cognitive Methodology, MAC, which leverages basic mental functions like affection, cognition, and volition. Through MAC, he blends the power of love to strengthen emotional bonds between Brands, leaders, employees, clients, and the community. Alongside love, they incorporate various cognitive processes, from cutting-edge innovation to ancestral knowledge, exploring intelligences, tools, and skills to turn emotions into outcomes and profits into purpose.

Rafa pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Business/Commerce at Universidade Católica de Pernambuco and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Centro Universitário da Cidade.
