Raed Masoud

Raed (Rod) Masoud is a seasoned professional with a diverse background, currently serving as a Principal / Partner at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations Practice. With a focus on large-scale M&A integration, divestiture, business performance improvement, strategic planning, financial and operational planning, and decision support and analytics, Rod brings a wealth of experience to his role.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Rod held key positions in renowned organizations. He worked as a Management Consultant specializing in Finance & Performance Management at Accenture. He also served as a Product Manager at Intel, a Project Manager at UTC - Pratt & Whitney, a Design Engineer at Boeing Company, and interned at United Airlines in the Engineering Division.

Rod's educational journey is equally impressive, holding a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, focusing on New Product Development & High Tech Marketing.

Throughout his career, Rod has showcased his expertise in M&A, strategy, value creation, and finance. His past roles have contributed to his well-rounded skill set, allowing him to excel in solving complex business challenges and driving growth for organizations.
