Radhika Saralaya

Radhika Saralaya is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from B. M. S. College Of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School Of Management.

Radhika has a strong background in finance, having worked as the Director of Direct Lending at RBC Automotive Finance Products and as a Senior Manager in Strategic Segments for Home Equity Financing Products at RBC.

Her expertise also extends to leadership and consulting, evident from her role in the Personal and Commercial Banking Leadership Program at RBC and as a Consultant at Rotman NeXus Consulting Group.

Prior to her transition into finance, Radhika started her career as an Electrical Engineer at ISA MANNAI TECHNICAL SERVICES and later served as a Senior Fellow at the Melton Foundation.
