Racquel Bracken

Racquel Bracken is a well-established professional in the pharmaceutical and biotech investment sector. She joined Venrock in 2016 and has a strong focus on pharmaceutical and biotech investments and company creation. With an impressive track record, Racquel currently holds various key positions, including Board Chair at MBrace Therapeutics, acting CEO at Confluence, and involvement with Cyteir Therapeutics and Federation Bio. Her prior experience at Clovis Oncology equipped her with invaluable insights into business development, commercialization, and acquisitions within the biopharmaceutical field.

Before her tenure at Venrock, Racquel gained experience as part of the investment team at Domain Associates and also contributed significantly to the success of Calixa Therapeutics in a business development capacity. Moreover, her consultancy experience at Easton Associates further solidified her expertise in the medical industry. Apart from her professional endeavors, Racquel is deeply engaged in supporting reproductive access for women and advocates for high school debate programs. She combines her professional acumen with a passion for backcountry skiing, mountaineering, and mountain biking.
