Rachida Kernis is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Sciences from Ecole des Sciences de L'Information in Rabat, Morocco, and an Executive Assistant Certificate from Katharine Gibbs School in Boston, MA. Additionally, she pursued Baccalaureate studies in Bilingual Modern Literature at College Mouley Yousef in Rabat, Morocco.
Throughout her career, Rachida has held various positions in prestigious organizations. She served as the Chair of the SoE Staff Professional Development Committee and a member of the Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MIT School of Engineering. Additionally, she worked as an Administrative Assistant II at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to her roles at MIT, Rachida gained experience as an Executive Assistant in the Legal Department at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, as well as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Blue Mountain Psychiatry and The Center for Laser & Aesthetic Medicine. She also worked as a Legal Secretary at Bingham McCutchen LLP.
