Rachel West is a seasoned Director of Product Development with extensive experience in the fashion industry. At Shinola, she has been instrumental in driving the success of several product lines while also managing the development process from ideation to launch. Prior to her current role, Rachel served as a Development Manager at Shinola, where she honed her skills in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Before joining Shinola, Rachel worked as a Product Manager at Burton Snowboards, where she oversaw the development of the Anon brand. She also spent time at Fossil Group, managing the Diesel Timeframes product lines in various capacities. Rachel began her career at Anthem Branding, where she served as an Account Manager. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Central England and the University of Oklahoma where she studied Bachelor Of Fine Arts In Communication. She also studied Visual Communications at Birmingham City University.
