Rachel Tsui

Rachel Tsui is a former scientist who transitioned into customer success within healthcare technology.

With a background in Biochemistry and Chemistry, she holds a PhD from the University of California, San Diego, and a BA, Summa Cum Laude, from Boston University.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in developing and optimizing customer journey processes, customer and account strategy, product positioning, and analytical problem-solving.

Passionate about implementing operational solutions to scale customer success teams, she focuses on growth and ongoing professional development within her team.

Her professional journey includes roles at Komodo Health as the Head of Customer Success and formerly as Key Accounts Director, as well as positions at Science Exchange as Sales Enablement, Director of Business Development, and Senior Customer Success Manager.

She also has experience from her time at ZS as a Business Associate Consultant, APEX Think Consulting as a Consultant, and has held leadership positions at Oxbridge Biotech Roundtable as the President of the San Diego Chapter and as Outreach and Marketing Lead.
