Rachel Tam is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sustainability management, environmental studies, and international relations. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, China Studies, and Environmental Studies from the University of Washington, and has also pursued her high school education at the Singapore American School.
