Rachel Sinon is a seasoned Product Design Manager with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago. Rachel honed her craft over the last six years while designing on B2B and B2C platforms. She presently leads a team of designers focused on new user activation, onboarding, education, conversion, retention, and expansion at Sprout Social. Rachel's detail-oriented, operations-minded, geek-out-on-type, and design lover mindset enthuses her to help others hone their craft, find purpose through their work, and develop their voice in the industry. Before Sprout Social, Rachel served as a Senior UX Designer at ReviewTrackers and Product Manager, Interactive at Onion, Inc. She is also a former Senior Product Designer & Team Lead, Growth at Sprout Social, and Designer, Onion Labs at Onion, Inc.
