Rachel Roche is a goal-driven professional currently carving her path towards success while cherishing her roles as a homeowner and a devoted dog mom.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Accounting/Finance from the same institution.

Rachel's versatile career has seen her excel in various roles at Oracle, where she currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst. Her tenure at Oracle includes positions as a Business Analyst, Datacenter Administrator (formerly Dyn), Interim Executive Assistant (formerly Dyn), and Accounting Specialist (formerly Dyn). Prior to Oracle, she gained experience as a Consultant at Incutio and Mill33, Inc., where she also held roles as Business Operations Manager and Business Operations Coordinator.

In addition to her corporate roles, Rachel has also contributed to the academic and hospitality sectors through roles such as Marketing and Student Leadership Coordinator at Southern New Hampshire University, Survey Research Intern at Zagat Survey, Receptionist at Southern New Hampshire University, and Shift Leader at Quick Chek Food Stores.
