For the IT Employee Experience team, I lead change management, communications, and adoption strategy for large-scale network and technology initiatives. I also drive the IT Customer Success & Enablement listening strategy, data collection and visualization approach.

As part of the Employee Engagement team and the head of Intranet Strategy, I worked across departments to help strengthen our digital foundations for the future and position our intranet platform (OneMSK) to play a positive, productive role in the MSK employee experience. To do this, I provided digital strategy and oversaw the execution of engagement campaigns and interdepartmental initiatives. I also led the OneMSK team, overseeing the training, support processes, and guidelines by which our team of three partners with our platform's 1,600+ content editors to ensure that all of our employees had the news and resources they need to succeed.

Within the Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions (DigITs) division, I played a key role in educating and empowering employees to accept change. To do this, I created and implemented internal communications plans that provide clear, engaging content in a timely fashion. 

Within DigITs, I led digital transformation communications and helped establish the platforms and processes by which employees communicate within their division. I further specialized in communications from or relating to: Senior Leadership, Talent Operations, IT Finance, Curriculum & Education, Workplace Transformation, and Employee Engagement. In tandem, I composed a monthly digital newsletter and an annual culture book, celebrating the mission and the people that drive our incredible work.

Lippincott is a creative consultancy specializing in brand and innovation. As a member of the marketing team, I helped manage and evolve the Lippincott brand positioning and expression. With a focus on events, activations, partnerships, thought leadership development, and internal communications, I worked to align our company’s go-to market strategy from the inside out through the end-to-end project management of a broad scope of initiatives. 

Some examples of my work at Lippincott included: a year-long integrated thought leadership campaign on the Customer of the Future; a three-week long original exhibition and event series on the bond we all have with brands, held at the Conde Nast gallery space in One World Trade center; the formation of a 501(c)(3) non-profit that brings the best creative minds in the marketing industry together to motivate urgent, collective action on climate change; and, multiple South by Southwest panels on topics ranging from the new political reality for brands to designing happiness.

Marketing & Events Coordinator

At this fast-growing Chelsea bakery, I worked directly with customers to design custom cake and baked goods orders. With a diverse mix of corporate, media and celebrity clients, in addition to daily customers, these orders could range greatly in scope and theme. In addition to developing and selling the designs, I managed the bakers and cake decorators to ensure that the orders were produced on time and visualized exactly as promised.

As the Event Coordinator through the hotel's launch and first six months operating publicly as The Standard, East Village, I coordinated every step of the private event process. This ranged from fielding inquiries, negotiating sales and contracts, sourcing vendors, creating banquet event orders, communicating with all departments, and managing banquet staff for meetings and events in the 21st floor Penthouse and basement club, Chez Andre (RIP).
