Rachel Risberg

Rachel Risberg is a Member Experience Specialist at Co-op Credit Union.12 In her role, she is responsible for establishing and ensuring the Member Experience across seven locations, serving approximately 22,000 members.2 Rachel is known for her detail-oriented approach and leads and supports various projects and initiatives within the credit union.

As part of her responsibilities, Rachel is actively involved in community outreach and education programs. She serves on the board of Junior Achievement (JA) of Northwest Wisconsin.13 In this capacity, she has been instrumental in coordinating volunteer efforts between Co-op Credit Union and local schools to provide financial literacy education to students.
