Rachel Rader is a public health expert, strategist, and former executive with experience in healthcare delivery and payer partnerships. Rader holds a Master's degree in Health Services, Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution. She has occupied numerous executive roles at both Anthem, Inc. and Oak Street Health. Rader has also served on the board of One Tail At A Time, a non-profit animal rescue organization.
