Rachel Podell is a dedicated professional with a passion for empowering individuals, developing leaders, and fostering impact within organizations.

With a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in American Studies and Jewish Studies from the University of Maryland College Park, Rachel blends her clinical training in human behavior with her expertise in non-profit management.

Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Murphy Research, Rachel has previously held roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Development Manager, and Recruiter + People Operations Team member at the same organization.

Rachel's diverse professional background includes positions like a Social Work Intern at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, NMG Immediate Care Provider Scheduler at Northwestern Medicine, Group Therapy Assistant at Practice Management Systems, and Clinical Social Work Intern at Youth Organizations Umbrella, Inc.

Her experience extends to roles such as Conference Manager at Limmud NY, National Ramah Coordinator at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, Global Entrepreneurship Week Intern at Public Forum Institute, and Counselor at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, showcasing her commitment to community engagement and development.
