Rachel Persad

Rachel Persad is a professional in the field of research policy and higher education. She currently serves as the Head of Research Policy at GuildHE, a representative body supporting 67 institutions in UK Higher Education.4 In this role, she leads policy areas related to research and manages GuildHE Research, a collaborative research consortium of over 30 smaller and specialist universities and colleges.13
