Rachel Moore

Rachel Moore is a highly accomplished change management and leadership expert with over two decades of experience. Rachel studied B. Textile Engineering and MS Textile Chemistry at Georgia Institute of Technology and earned an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness at Fielding Graduate University.

Rachel has held several leadership positions, including Area Leader and Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, Product Manager at Kimberly-Clark, and Plant Manager and Business Improvement Leader at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC. She was also a Research Scientist at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

Currently, Rachel is the owner of Moore Productive LLC, where she offers the Million Dollar Manufacturer program, a transformational leadership program that guides change managers to sustainable results with a guaranteed delivery of at least $250,000 in profit. The program includes five stages: Transformational Leadership, Profit Multiplier Assessment, Change Teams That Rock, Keep More Profit, and Implement & Optimize.
