Rachel Little

Rachel Little is a seasoned human resources professional with expertise in employment relations, change management, and generalist advisory functions. She is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington with a degree in BCA, majoring in Human Resource Management and Commercial Law.

Rachel has worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Jarden and as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at Chapman Tripp. She has also served as an HR Business Partner at News UK and an Interim HR Advisor at Warner Music Group. Rachel's experience in the human resources field extends to other organizations, including the New Zealand Police, Medical Council of New Zealand, and Hays, where she worked as a recruitment consultant.

Throughout her career, Rachel has focused on ways to help leaders understand the power of good practice HR. She is skilled in providing strategic support to organizations, including change management and generalist advisory functions.
