Rachel Laquidara

Rachel Laquidara is a proactive development professional with a background in annual giving, stewardship, cultivation, and constituent relations. She has a track record of success in volunteer management, project management, annual giving strategy, and social media program implementation.

Her specialties include a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, a deep understanding of annual giving leadership support, strong verbal and written communication skills, adept management of annual giving challenges, expertise in E-communication strategy, and exceptional management capabilities.

Rachel pursued her education by studying Ed.M at Boston University and completing her BA at Stonehill College.

Throughout her career, Rachel has held various roles at esteemed institutions. She currently serves as the Director of Annual Giving & Volunteer Management at Tufts University. Previously, she was the Interim Director as well as the Senior Associate Director for the Tufts Fund for Arts, Sciences & Engineering at Tufts University. Rachel has also held positions at University of Massachusetts Lowell and Boston University in different capacities within annual giving and volunteer coordination.
