Rachel Kadec

Rachel Kadec is an accomplished Career Counselor with a strong background in the higher education sector. She possesses expertise in Group Therapy, Career Development, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development, and Conflict Resolution.

Rachel pursued her education at prestigious institutions including Tel Aviv University, University of the Witwatersrand where she studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Lesley University where she obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.

Currently, Rachel is serving as a Career Counselor at the Career Development Center within The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, where she continues to make significant contributions in guiding individuals towards successful career paths.
