Rachel Dingman
Director of Jewish Enrichment at BBYO
Rachel Dingman is the Senior Director of Jewish Enrichment at BBYO International.1 In this role, she focuses on supporting teens, advisors, and staff in building meaningful and innovative experiences rooted in Judaic content.1 Her responsibilities include overseeing Shabbat experiences at BBYO's annual International Convention, serving as the Lead Educator for the Chapter Leadership Training Conference, and infusing Jewish traditions and content into chapter experiences.1
Rachel holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Allegheny College and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Non-Profit Management from Quinnipiac University.3 She also has a certificate in Jewish Experiential Education from the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.3
Prior to her current role, Rachel has experience as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Hillel Director at Allegheny College.2 She is passionate about creating spaces where teens can have surprising moments of connection with Judaism and transforming traditions into meaningful experiences for their identity and community building.1
Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys roller derby, spending time in nature, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.3
