Rachel DeRancy

Rachel DeRancy is a dedicated professional with a strong background in higher education administration. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in various roles at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting, where she brings her expertise in building relationships with employers and managing recruiting processes.

Prior to her current role, Rachel held the position of Interim Assistant Director at Stanford GSB, where she gained valuable leadership experience. She also served as the Evaluation Manager, Interview Program Coordinator, and Admissions Counselor, showcasing her versatility and knowledge across different aspects of the higher education landscape.
