Concentration in team/office management, as well as marketing and event planning:
- Responsible for program outreach efforts, primarily organizing annual Brain Tumor Awareness Month events with goals of education, community involvement and fundraising 
- Leads volunteers for all events and creates print and electronic marketing materials with assistance of medical illustrator/graphic designer
- Responsible for maintaining budget restrictions – events must be scheduled with minimum cost, high return. Submit fundraising grants to assist in coverage of event costs.
-Works with local businesses to create partnerships in awareness campaign
-Works to build relationships with local media outlets in an effort to secure a media presence throughout Brain Tumor Awareness Month
- Creates and updates templates to help streamline program operations and processes
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills required to provide service appropriate to the level of development of patients, with consideration of the needs of each patient and their families.
-Manages calendar of the Medical Director, including patient schedule and all clinical trial and administrative responsibilities. Also responsible for ensuring organization of team duties and making sure appropriate follow up is taking place.
