Rachel Bannon-Godfrey is a Vice President and the UN SDG Impact Leader at Stantec with a focus on delivering project solutions supporting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
With over 15 years of experience in designing, constructing, and analyzing high-performance and net zero energy buildings, Rachel is well-versed in energy-efficient and renewable energy technologies.
She is passionate about multidisciplinary climate action and has actively engaged with national industry councils like the AIA 2030 Working Group and the AIA Large Firm Roundtable Sustainability Executive Committee.
Rachel holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from University College Dublin.
She also studied Solar Executive MBA at HeatSpring Institute and has a diverse educational background including studies at the Island School in Hong Kong.
