Rachael Sorg

Rachael Sorg is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background in Public Health and Health Policy. She pursued her MPH in Public Health with a specialization in Health Policy from Yale School of Public Health. Prior to that, Rachael earned her BA in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rachael Sorg has a wealth of professional experience in the healthcare sector. She has held various key positions in renowned organizations, showcasing her expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analytics and Data Science. Rachael has previously served as the Director of RWE Analytics and Associate Director of RWE/Data Science at Novartis. Moreover, she has worked as the Director of Quantitative Sciences as well as a Senior Quantitative Scientist at Flatiron Health. Rachael has also contributed her skills as a Quantitative Scientist at Flatiron Health. Earlier in her career, Rachael has been part of Analysis Group, where she held roles ranging from Analyst to Senior Analyst. She has also lent her talents as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at Yale School of Public Health.
