Raasikh Muhammad is a seasoned hospitality leader with a rich background spanning over 16 years in managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Throughout his career, he has steered multiple businesses to success, consistently seeking ways to boost profitability and enhance brand growth.

Raasikh Muhammad pursued his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Howard University, laying a strong educational foundation for his career in the hospitality industry.

He is the Founder and Principal of Pinnacle Restaurant Strategy, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen in the restaurant sector. Previously, Raasikh held the position of General Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar within the Barteca Restaurant Group, underscoring his proficiency in overseeing operations at a managerial level.

Prior to this, Raasikh Muhammad served as the Restaurant Operations Manager (GM) at IPIC Entertainment, where he honed his skills in managing a diverse range of operational aspects within the hospitality realm. Furthermore, he also gained valuable experience as the Manager of Front-of-House (FOH) at Carr Hospitality, showcasing his versatility in different roles within the industry.
