R. Todd Mackey

R. Todd Mackey is a successful entrepreneur and business executive with a diverse background in industries ranging from manufacturing to SaaS, and investment banking to operations.

Todd has extensive experience in providing executive leadership, scaling B2B sales teams, and leading operations, finance, M&A, and corporate development efforts.

He has co-founded and/or scaled six companies, angel invested, raised venture capital, acquired several companies, and led successful exits, including a sale to a NYSE company.

As the former Co-founder, President & COO of the SaaS EdTech start-up GoGuardian, Todd played a pivotal role in funding the company, making key hires, establishing operational systems, and leading financing rounds, ultimately growing the company to $10M ARR in 30 months.

Todd holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus on entrepreneurial studies and a bachelor's degree Magna Cum Laude in finance from San Diego State University.

He is actively involved in the Young Presidents' Organization and resides in the South Bay Los Angeles area with his son.
