Kaitlyn Kelly

Kaitlyn R. Kelly is an experienced Higher Education professional with an impressive background in student success and leadership. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication with a Public Relations Concentration from Missouri Western State University, a Masters's Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, and a Doctor of Education - EdD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kelly has held several roles in the education landscape, including her most recent position as a Campus Life and Leadership Coordinator at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City's Maple Woods campus. Prior to that, she served as a Student Success Coach at Park University, Senior Enrollment Advisor at UMKC, Graduate Assistant at UMKC Office of Admissions - Welcome Center, Program Coordinator at Campus Life, and Leadership - MCC Penn Valley, among other roles. Kelly's experience encompasses program and sales coordination, admissions, registration, and interning, which have all led to her proficiency in leadership and communication skills that serve her well in her current and past positions.
