R. Douglas Hulse

R. Hulse brings over 40 years of experience in building new businesses leveraging new technology in the chemical industry, advanced materials, and biotechnology. Over the past 32 years, he has been involved specifically in biotechnology ventures.

At BCI LifeSciences, R. Hulse serves as Co-Founder, Member of Board of Managers, and Chief Executive Officer, working alongside a team of executives and advisors with extensive backgrounds in leading multinational organizations and emerging healthcare companies globally, some of whom have collaborated for over two decades.

BCI LifeSciences provides advisory services to a broad spectrum of life sciences companies, ranging from startups to established multinationals across the globe.

R. Hulse's educational background includes studies at The Hotchkiss School, a SM degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, another SM degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an AB degree from Princeton University.

In addition to his role at BCI LifeSciences, R. Hulse has held positions such as Member of Board of Directors at TurnPoint Medical Devices, Inc., Co-Managing Principal at Select BioVentures, LLC, and President at RDH Ventures.
