    Within Snap, she initiated and expanded the verified accounts program, engaging thousands of digital creators globally, and actively advises on talent-related affairs while negotiating partnerships with celebrities and digital influencers.

    Having been pivotal in the establishment of Snap's Talent Partnerships team, Quincy played a key role in shaping the group's best practices and strategic directions during its early growth phase, excelling in managing collaborations with public figures and fostering talent relationships.

    Before her tenure at Snap, Quincy spent over four years at ICM Partners as a Scripted Television Junior Agent, handling projects for a vast clientele and numerous on-air series, showcasing her broad expertise in the entertainment industry.

    Beginning her career coordinating talent for live events and supporting The Rolling Stones, Quincy acquired a BS in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and has since showcased her industry insights by moderating panels at prestigious events like VidCon and Columbia Business School.

    Born and raised in Manhattan, Quincy is currently based in Los Angeles, where she continues to make notable contributions to the field of Talent Relations.
