Quilee Simeon

Quilee Simeon is a recent MIT graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computation and Cognition and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, who is deeply intrigued by the intricacies of the human brain and its remarkable capabilities.

Quilee is driven by a desire to draw inspiration from the biological brain to innovate new technologies, rather than simply attempting to replicate the brain in artificial systems.

Passionate about pursuing opportunities in biotechnology, particularly in the realms of natural computing and bioinformatics, Quilee is open to both career and academic prospects.

Aside from academia, Quilee enjoys reading literature, especially fiction, and derives immense joy from traveling, aspiring to explore numerous countries in the future.

Having engaged in various roles during their academic journey, Quilee has garnered experience as an MIT-Brazil ELO Intern at Hospital Albert Einstein, a Project Assistant at MIT International Science & Technology Initiatives, a Bioinformatics Intern at Triplet Therapeutics, and more.
