Queenie Zhu

Queenie Zhu is an accomplished consultant with a diverse background in headhunting, project management, entrepreneurship and event management. She has over a decade of experience in Public Relations and Event Management and in 2007, she founded her own recruitment and headhunting firm. As Macau began experiencing unprecedented economic growth, Queenie was at the forefront of identifying talented individuals in a war for talent. Her firm serviced a variety of companies ranging from local SMEs to multicultural companies with tens of thousands of employees. During this time, she gained insights into how HR and hiring managers approach the recruitment process while developing a keen eye for identifying talent.

Queenie's experience spans across diverse industries and has worked with a variety of organizations both public and private. She has had a successful tenure at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, where she served as consultant/project director and event director respectively. In 2014, Queenie accepted a new challenge as a full-time consultant for a casino resort where she worked on a storytelling project that transformed the company's culture. She relived heartwarming stories and uncovered hidden talents in the process.
