He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University, enhancing his business acumen alongside his technical skills.

With a diverse professional journey, Quan has served in key leadership roles across various organizations in the tech and digital sectors. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Deliveree On-Demand Logistics in Southeast Asia.
