Quan Bui is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

Quan Bui attended the University of Maryland College Park, where he pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Prior to this, he completed his BA in Philosophy, Math, and History of Science at St. John's College (NM), showcasing a strong foundation in interdisciplinary studies.

With a solid academic background, Quan Bui has held key roles in prestigious organizations. He currently serves as a Computational Scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, contributing his expertise to significant projects and research endeavors. Previously, he worked as a Researcher at the same institution, highlighting his dedication and commitment to advancing scientific knowledge.

Before his tenure at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Quan Bui gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland College Park, where he honed his skills and contributed to cutting-edge research initiatives. Additionally, he served as a Post-baccalaureate Student Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory, further expanding his knowledge and experience in the field of applied mathematics.
