Qin Zhang

Qin Zhang, known as Ken, is a Manager at PwC's Deals practice with a strong background in advising private equity and corporate clients in M&A transactions.

Ken's industry expertise spans software & technology, manufacturing, retail & consumer products, and transportation, having previously worked in PwC's assurance practice serving Asset & Wealth Management clients.

He holds an active CPA license and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.

Ken completed his Masters in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin and studied Accounting at Escp Business School.

His past roles include Senior Associate in Deals and Assurance at PwC, Tax Part-Time at Joseph Sherfy Cpa P.C, Audit Intern at The University of Texas System, and Financial Analyst Intern at Economic Bridge International.

Throughout his career, Ken has cultivated a diverse skill set across financial due diligence, assurance, taxation, and analysis.
