Purvi Acharya

Purvi Acharya is a bilingual communications professional known for her proven leadership skills in projects and teams. She has a strategic mindset when it comes to problem-solving and issue management.

With a rich career history, Purvi has held key positions in various organizations. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Communications for the Ontario Region at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Previously, she held roles such as Strategic Management Advisor, Senior Communications Advisor, and Acting Manager of Public Affairs and Ministerial Services at the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario. Additionally, she has experience as a Senior Communications Officer at Industry Canada, Infrastructure Operations Directorate, Corporate Communications Advisor at Canadian Tire Corporation, and Communications Advisor at the Competition Bureau within Industry Canada.
