Puneet Newaskar is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various leadership positions.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, along with an MS in Electrical Engineering from the same institution and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

Puneet Newaskar currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Command Center and Customer Experience at Capital One, leading strategic initiatives and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Prior to his current role, he held several key positions at Capital One, including Vice President of Dealer Services, Senior Director of Auto Refinance, and Senior Director overseeing the Strategy for the Financial Services Division.

Before joining Capital One, Puneet gained valuable consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, where he progressed from an Associate to an Engagement Manager. He also interned at McKinsey & Company during his MBA studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
